I’m currently seeing/ dating a woman, the chemistry that we have is amazing. A couple of days ago, I booked a reservation for us in a nice, elegant place, an experimental cocktail bar with a chill, intimate atmosphere. The location was like an interior hotel private lounge.
We arrive there, I greet the guy that welcomes guests (he was also the one who took the orders and served us the drinks), tell him about our reservation. Then he leads us to a table in the room, with 2 chairs opposite each other. I noticed that the place was mostly empty, and they had other tables available where they had couches, instead of chair. So I asked him if it was possible to move us to one of those spots in the venue. He agreed.
This was a very inspired move from me, as during the date, it allowed me and the woman to sit very close to each other, touch, kiss, hug ourselves easily.
She absolutely loved the night (which ended at my place), and the place I chose. And you bet she appreciated how I handled the interaction with the guy that welcomed us and brought us drinks.
I was leading, assertive, took initiative in a very elegant and refined way.
As a reward for the treatment received, I tipped the guy 20%.

My past self would be too shy, would not have the courage to ask to sit an another table. My present self recognised the opportunity to make it a more special night. I acted like a man truly.

Stage 1 coming to an end. My subscription is coming to an end on 5th or 6th September. Looking forward to Stage 2.

Stage 2 begins today. 
Found a guy on Instagram, watched some of his YouTube videoes, he talks about how high Testosterone has a major psychological component, and that it comes from the mind. Wanting to optimise your testosterone through supplements or all kinds of lifestyle interventions is in of itself, a low T trait.
This resonated a lot with me.
Testosterone is driven by LH, which is made in the hypothalamus. It’s all in the mind. Living in fear, not taking risks is what’s keeping someone low Testosterone.
Risk taking behavior is highly associated with higher Testosterone levels. And this is not about taking reckless risks, but about living life with courage, with ambition in your goals, job, purpose, business endeavours.
Many think that once they get high T (either through TRT or other means) they will finally be “alpha” and be able to take risks. And while that may be valid in some degree, it also goes the other way around. Living life boldly and taking risks will massively raise hormonal levels.

Low T is not caused by beliefs, unless those beliefs are shaped in a very specific way and direction that is genuinely rare. It is the result, usually, of a combination of age, diet and the environmental factors, such as ingesting chemicals that act as endocrine disruptors. It also has to do with how physically active you are in some cases. But it's not " all in the mind". Usually aggression and bold behavior result from testosterone being high enough, not cause higher testosterone, as far as I know.

Since Stage 1, experiencing increasing drive and desire to seek a higher salary, but also consider entrepreneurial ventures. Spending more time on Linkedin, scanning the job market, applying to a couple of positions. The increasing danger posed by AI to software engineers and the economy in general has gotten me worried and guarded.
Also, recognized I was overtraining for years in the gym, the workouts I were doing were leaving me tired, inflated, and my CNS burned out. I'm now humble enough to accept I was training way past my body's recovery capacities. I have reduced my training volume, the time of my workouts. I still train hard/ intens, just way fewer sets. And I am feeling more energized after workouts, less inflamed, freer to enjoy my days.
