How much depends on the person,. of course. It might be a significant amount, it might not. I don't know if it would require adjustment to your workout and eating but I doubt it; it's designed to burn body fat, not adjust your workout results for muscles. It has a stop-trigger that I have to keep secret, but it will not cause you to lose "too much" weight, and it will not eat your muscles.
