Sleep quality is pretty important to me :X
Some people have experienced it. I'm yet to see it in my case.
@Shannon , I don't know what to say if FRM does make sleep disturbances..because, yesterday, I only need 6 hours of sleep (usually eight), and today, I only need four hours night sleep.
Fakin four hours, that's superb, no tired at all, everythin seems good, and I'm energized.
I believe it's not placebo.
So, is it really majority experienced sleep disturbances or just some people?
Whatever you do, I'm okay with the modification of FRM.
Only a few people are reporting sleep disturbances. I have corrected the issue, but FRM 4.2+ will be going into LTU and later, not DMSI 3.3-D or C.
