Iv'e purchased AM6 in the sale for $90 which I have no plans running, but naively thought was a great bargain to save up 50% on the upcoming AM7 - which obviously is not the case.
I haven't downloaded any of the files and told Ben he can verify this, to which he replied to check the refund policy. I checked and there's nothing mentioning about not downloading the files, so I wrote to him about this 24 hours ago and to consult you about the situation to which I haven't received any reply. I'm not even sure why there's a problem when no single file has been downloaded!
I’n having the exact same problem. Seems unfair not to offer a refund or even a useable store credit when we havent downloaded the files...
Not that I mind too much as its supporting Shannons work, but seems kind of unfair. Ehat other companys dont let you return something you havent even opened?
