Im now on day 4 of the asrb break and Im having positive effects, but want to run dmsi again. Is it fear? I had the same on ums and broke it at times, and now on DMSI im sticking to it as I want max results. But im still feel im sort of "waste time".
If you feel a desire to run a program more than the instructions specify, go ahead and indulge that desire. If it is 5.5G or later and has AutoConfig module, it may be directing you to use it more to deal with more resistance. See what happens when you play it as much as your urges to tell you to play it.
If that does not improve things after a few ASRB2 cycles, then re-assess. But in many cases, the break needs to be adjusted for people when it is more than 3 days.
If you have already done these things and it didn't work, you may be dealing with a conscious or subconscious fear that it won't work driving that desire to use it more.
Remember, the goal is to find the optimal usage patterns, which will be following the instructions for most people. Using it more or less than that will not give optimal results.
Does E3 have an AutoConfig module?
Yes. Most of the 5.5G and all 5.75G subs do. They may not all have the same version, though.
