So i'm following the advice of using my own sense to determine when i need a break. This last weekend i hit a serious valley of energy, so last night and night before i took time out from using LTU. Today i'm using it to get me through some challenges at work and i'm keeping grounded and on task.

I started drinking a lot more water and that seems to havde helped with the kidney pain which is much less severe now. generally i've had to stop caffeine outsside of my early morning coffee otherwise i feel wired to the point my eyes are popping out of my head.

Today i'm still feeling very low energy wise.

Goals wise, I feel like i'm making steady daily progress toward beginning a business. I have ever more precise and better resolution goals - which i don't think i've ever had before. I have no idea yet what will come of it, but regardless of how soon or later, so long as i keep putting one foot in front of another i'll make something happen.

Physical healing from work outs and improved stamina confirmed. I’ve been doing one of those zero to 10 k programmes, normally I’m out of breath and crying to just walk after 5 mins runnning, I had built up to 10 mins about a year ago but have hardly run since so that had reduced again. Day before yesterday I started running again, and did what I’d gotten to without much effort, yesterday I ran for 20 mins straight and no issues - I did attempt running about a month before LTU and could only do up to a 3 min run at a time.

Soreness is minimal, feeling alert and alive with a desire to be much more active.

Another thing im noticing is that I'm a bit too relaxed - I haven't been very productive at work, and I'm being lazy - kind of like 'I really can't be bothered to do this, it's no fun'. I'm having great ideas about what to do - but execution and hard work required isn't quite there. Im hoping LTU 5 with it's choice between long term and short term happiness will help resolve this.
