RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 5 - tolgaocal80 - 07-21-2020

hi, anybody knows should I give a 35 days break after using SE 5.5G program? does this sub contain p5-p6 tech?

It does contain P6.  All 5.5G+ does.  However, we are currently suggesting that 14 days is sufficient for a break.  I may have over-estimated the break time necessary, but better to be cautious than careless.

Thanks. I will consider 14 days

Circular breathing sounds intriguing. Fitting that you mention it, since I am on the last pages of Breath by James Nestor.

Saw him on Joe Rogan podcast! Fascinating stuff.

Was looking to get the book...how was it?

A fascinating and mind-expanding book.
Written in a very comprehensible and easily digestible story-telling style.
Got me to try out (and keep) some of the techniques on the spot.

Hi @Raz, that's interesting, I'm trying to do the same via meditation, visualization, foam rolling and tense/releasing. Have you come across any techniques or books you would recommend that focus on this? Thanks man.

@Shannon

I’ve been blasting OF via ultrasonic the last few nights while I sleep at between 14/16 to 16/16 on iPhone and that has so far led to consistently having a ton of dreams.

I guess that’s the correct number to aim for as you said previously

Hey Shannon, do you think a lack of fear could interfere in being able to create works of art that are supposed to induce horror, suspense, unease, etc?

Also do you think it will be likely that, for people running LTU5, that no break will be required to switch to the new LTU6 when it comes out?

@Shannon

How is LTU6 progressing?

I suggest that you specifically use 14/16 and stay on that volume.  In cases like this, it makes a HUGE impact on how and how well the program executes to use the same volume.  That seems to be the magic balance point for execution as far as I can tell.  Using Ultrasonic, at least.

I have two more jobs to do.

Job 1 is to do everything other than optimize the key script.  Job 2 is optimizing the key script.

Job 1 is going to modify the key script to be more comprehensive in its approach and address certain things that will make it more effective and successful.  This is starting today.

Job 2 is basically making all the statements in all the included titles use all the newer scripting techniques I have developed.  I have been doing Job 2 for the last week, and then realized it would go faster if I did Job 1 first.

Still a lot of work ahead of us, but I'm going as fast as I can make sure it's done right.

What happened with the thing you discovered that could improve FRM? You think that will be part of ltu6?

So far I have not really had a lot of chance to work on it.  When I have, the results have not always been stable.  There is only a suggestion of what the answer might be right now.  When I am done with everything else in LTU6, I'll see if it is a better option than FRM 4.9.

Hey Shannon, could a person that does not speak English experience side effects from the sub?

(I am trying to improve the logistics of listening.)
