you can, although it is very recommended against, since you don't get the full benefit of both hemispheres being worked together, and therefore reducing heavily on the power of the sub.

People prefer using headphones to achieve the greatest result.
I currently use speakers at night one one side of my bed for the majority of my listening. I'm currently noticing that the changes from AM5 are profound and amazing, and yet they are less profound and amazing than those whose listening is primarily via headphones. Because of this, I'm considering another run of AM5 sooner than I had anticipated.

If you can get those speakers on opposite sides of your pillow, it's much better. Both sides of the bed is better than one side of the bed.
Mono speakers are better than nothing, but you're losing an estimated 55-60% of the impact that way, THolt. Only use that if you have no other way to play them. Always favor headphones when possible.

I'm a side sleeper, so one ear is usually buried in the pilllow.

yeah me too that's why i'm trying to use high volumes on the speakers lately so that the buried ear can get some kind of effects, And I usually sleep and wake up in the same position I don't move much.

Can be, yes. But as always, any time you use a program that is designed for stereophonic representation and play it in mono, you lose a great deal of the intended representation. In this case, I would estimate more than half. Better than nothing, but far less powerful and effective than plugging in headphones instead of using a mono speaker.

The only way I can consistently listen to AM6 is through my iPhone 6 mono speaker. There is the loss of SSE stereo effect so thus a loss of efficiency. To compensate for this I've been listening 21 hours per day. This seems to be working well. I have been getting extra sleep, 9-10 hours. Is this smart and/or effective?

Get yourself a HTC one m8. It kicks out stereo sound.
